Flatbread Company's Pāʻia restaurant, at 89 Hana Highway, serves wood-fired flatbreads made with organic ingredients and local Maui farm produce, and is listed open every day from 11 AM to 9 PM. Its weekly menu page (October 9–15) lists large flatbreads at $22 (cheese and herb), $25 (Jay's Heart, cheese and tomato), $27 (Paʻia Bay Ohana), $29 (Pele Pesto), $30 (pepperoni and mushroom) and $31 (Mopsy's Kalua Pork), with small sizes at $17 to $22; an organic salad is $12.50 and a vegan or gluten-free crust adds $7.
