The Koko Crater Botanical Garden is a 60-acre botanical garden located inside the bowl of
Koko Crater in Hawaiʻi Kai. Established in 1958 and operated by the City & County of Honolulu,
it specializes in plants from arid and tropical dry climates around the world. A self-guided 2-mile
loop trail winds through themed collections representing Hawaiʻi, Africa, Madagascar, the
