Likeke Falls Route (Verify Access Carefully)
Kāne'ohe to Windward / Toward North Shore
Likeke Falls is a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall tucked into the lush Koʻolau Mountains between
Kāneʻohe and Nuʻuanu. The trail winds through rainforest, bamboo groves, and old paved roads
before reaching a picturesque cascade surrounded by moss-covered rocks.
Although the hike itself is relatively short, route selection is extremely important. Many older
blogs, GPS tracks, and social media posts still show illegal or closed access points that cross
private property. For Roamwise, the app should guide users only to the legal public approach
and include a prominent access warning.
