Opened in 1949 by Alicia and Raymond Kam, what began as a small neighborhood grocery evolved into one of Honolulu's most beloved destinations for poke, crispy roast pork, char siu, roast beef, and classic local comfort food. Today it remains family-operated and is widely considered one of the island's essential food stops.
